An integral element of our exceptional ability to manufacture and supply gaskets, is our extensive inventory of elastomeric, non-elastomeric, textile, and compressed sheet material in both sheets and rolls. Our stringent quality control program ensures total consistency of the quality and tolerance accuracy of commercial and specification material alike. All materials are available in whole rolls or cut lengths, sheets, strips of any width and finished gaskets. Gasket material not shown is available upon request; we continually update our inventory as new material and technology become available.

Phelps has a very long history of fabricating a variety of custom ramp door gaskets to the marine industry, including US Navy, the Coast Guard, and the US Army. We have the know-how, a large variety of materials, and years of experience fabricating these gaskets with or without chamfer, custom jackets, and a wide range of core materials. Additionally, we a manufacturer and globally supplier of marine-focused compression packing products - including the high grade Flax, Ramie, and PTFE materials.
